As an independent family business ourselves, we understand the value of our relationships with our customers. As such, we like to check in with you every so often to find out your thoughts – how are we doing, what we can improve on, what do you like? Well, the summer 2018 results are in and we’re THRILLED!   1. outstanding on all aspects excellent customer service and booking site fabulous i used to be with high level software and they don’t get information over to you to understand leaving you sort find away round it yours is a breath of fresh air and so easy if you forget you can watch a video fabulous and answer of phone’s so helpful keep up the good work and thank you mark at bossily for introducing you to me juliet lowe farm B & B

  2. I love it, it is fantastic and easy to use, you get a “real” person when in difficulty and very quickly resolved, more then “operator error”!

  4. We are pleased with your website but unfortunately don’t get many bookings. most of our hotel bookings come from Booking.Com which we hate. Is there no way we can exclude them and get direct bookings to our own websiat therough free to Book?

  5. it is always a pleasure, when running a small business, and coming up against a perceived issue (usually my own mistake) that when asking a question I get a sensible and useful answer. I have to say that I have never been disappointed. My guests find your booking website easy to use and I find this all so much more professional being able to receive bookings that are already in the calendar – so no disappointments and no misunderstandings for guests. thank you

  6. Works well for me – a very light user! One thing that puzzled me recently, was the form that came through which seemed to imply that the enquirer could pay by card. I no longer have a card facility (as a light user!), so payment will be by cheque or online banking. Have I omitted to do something to delete the option of card payments? Thank you.

    1. Hi Peter, I’m going to send you through a message in the helpdesk about this. I think you’d be best to use our integration with Stripe.com which is perfect for small businesses and/or light users.

  7. Positive feedback for you. Staff are excellent.
    Suggestions: it would be nice if I could see calendars for all the properties together. This would help with planning housekeeping.
